Job Description

Job description:

  • Generate leads through calls, references, digital marketing, and field visits.
  • Explain layout/project details, pricing, payment plans, and facilities to customers.
  • Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Negotiate with customers and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with the documentation and registration teams for smooth transactions.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor projects.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
  • Experience: 6-7 years in real estate / property sales preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of local property markets will be an advantage.
