Job Title: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR Employment
Type: Full-Time
Role Summary :
The HR Executive will support and manage the end-to-end human resources functions of the loan collection agency, ensuring a productive, compliant, and motivated workforce aligned with the organization's operational goals.
- Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & OnboardingManage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for collection, operations, and support roles
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Maintain manpower planning and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies
- Employee Relations & EngagementAddress employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflicts in line with company policy
- Drive engagement initiatives to reduce attrition, particularly among field collection staff
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and exit interviews
- Payroll & ComplianceCoordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs through performance reviews and manager feedback
- Organize training programs on collections ethics, communication, compliance, and soft skills
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness
- Performance ManagementAssist in implementing KRA/KPI-based appraisal systems
- Support managers in conducting timely performance reviews
- Maintain performance records and handle PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) processes
- HR Operations & MISMaintain the HRMS/HR database accurately
- Generate HR reports and MIS on headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and hiring status
- Handle HR audits and documentation for regulatory inspections
Required Qualifications
CriteriaDetailsEducationMBA / PGDM in HR or equivalentExperience2–5 years in HR, preferably in BFSI, NBFC, or collectionsTechnical SkillsMS Office (Excel, Word), HRMS toolsSoft SkillsCommunication, empathy, conflict resolution, confidentiality
- Preferred SkillsPrior experience in a loan collection or recovery agency environment
- Familiarity with RBI guidelines on fair debt collection practices
- Knowledge of field staff management and high-volume hiring
- Ability to handle a geographically distributed workforce
- Key CompetenciesStrong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
- High integrity and ability to handle sensitive employee information
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a people-first approach
