Roles & Responsibilities

1. Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, customers, and company materials to designated locations.
2. Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
3. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to assigned schedules.
4. Perform daily vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and battery.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle, both inside and outside.
6. Keep accurate records of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, tolls, and maintenance activities.
7. Report any vehicle breakdowns, accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately to the reporting manager.
8. Coordinate with the administration department for scheduled servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and pollution certificate renewals.
9. Ensure that all required vehicle documents (Registration Certificate, Insurance, Fitness Certificate, Pollution Under Control Certificate, and Driving License) are valid and available in the vehicle.
10. Avoid unauthorized use of the company vehicle and ensure it is parked safely after duty.
