Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and a willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls to assist customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.

Eligibility:

• Education: 12th Pass
• English: Basic English
• Experience: Freshers can apply

Required Skills:

• Domestic BPO
• Non-Voice Process
• Non-Voice/Chat Process
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹2,000
