Sales Manager – Financial Services

We are hiring motivated and results-driven professionals for Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager – Sales & Business Development roles with a leading Financial Services organization across Kerala

The ideal candidate should have experience in Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Stock Broking, or Financial Services Sales.

Location📍 Multiple Locations Across Kerala

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field sales activities.
• Generate business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote financial products and investment solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, seminars, and lead-generation activities.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers.
• Drive revenue growth and business expansion in the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client retention.
• Maintain reports and business records as per company guidelines.
• Candidate RequirementsAny Graduate (MBA preferred).
• 1–10 years of experience in BFSI Sales, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and business targets.
• Experience in client acquisition and business development.
• NISM / AMFI / IRDA certifications will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
