Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and requirements.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Drive key retail KPIs such as Conversion, UPT (Units Per Transaction), ASP (Average Selling Price), and ABV (Average Basket Value).

Promote premium products and ongoing offers to maximize sales.

Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays as per brand guidelines.

Replenish stock on the sales floor and ensure proper size availability.

Assist with stock receiving, inventory counting, and stock audits.

Handle billing support and ensure accurate cash handling when required.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Support Omni-channel services such as Click & Collect, Endless Aisle, or Home Delivery (if applicable).
