Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Electrical Sales to lead sales operations for electrical products and solutions. The candidate should have strong experience in dealer handling, institutional sales, project sales, and customer relationship management in the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Handle sales of electrical products such as RMU, switchgear, cables, panels, lighting, industrial electrical items, etc.
• Generate new business opportunities through contractors, consultants, builders, industries, and government departments.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and site meetings.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and payment follow-up.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasting for management review.
