Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 network support at the Data Centre/DR site.
- Ability to work on firewalls like Fortinet
- Troubleshoot network issues related to switches, routers, firewalls and WAN connectivity.
- Monitor network connectivity and performance.
- Handle network incidents and service requests.
- Coordinate with OEM/vendor support teams for technical issues.
- Assist in network configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Support network upgrades and firmware updates when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, changes and network activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of network issues.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of L2/L3 networking.
- Knowledge & exprience with Firewalls such as Fortinet
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN, routing and switching.
- Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of routers, switches and firewalls.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently at an onsite Data Centre.
