Training and Development Manager

MANAGER - TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

• Partner with business leaders to align training initiatives with business priorities.
• Coordinate training schedules and delivery across multiple regions.
• Manage external training vendors and consultants.
• Align training programs with key business KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and career progression.
• Strengthen sales capability and customer service excellence.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis.
• Track training metrics such as participation, completion, and impact.
• Maintain training MIS, dashboards, and compliance reports.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments and locations.
• Identify capability gaps and design structured learning interventions.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs including:
  • Induction / Onboarding
  • Sales & Product Training
  • Behavioral and Soft Skills
  • Leadership Development
• Develop training materials, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
