Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement plans to achieve assigned territory sales targets, increase profit margins, and expand the customer base.


Team Leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and guide field sales representatives to improve their performance and meet targets.


Customer & Territory Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers, and conduct regular market visits to monitor progress. Performance Reporting: Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and provide regular, detailed reports to senior management on territory performance. Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or similar field sales role. Leadership: Strong coaching, mentoring, and team leadership skills. Communication: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales performance.
