Survey Executive

Requirement :

Conduct surveys, market research, or opinion polls as per project requirements.

Record customer responses and maintain accurate call records.

Follow call scripts and quality guidelines.

Maintain confidentiality of respondent information.

Update CRM or data collection systems regularly.

Candidates Must have :

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Excellent Google sheets skill
