Job Description
We are looking for individuals confident in customer acquisition, sales, business development, and lead generation, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
As a Client Acquisition Executive, you will identify potential customers, generate business opportunities, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers and business prospects.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, social media and direct outreach.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable products/services.
- Conduct sales presentations and explain product/service benefits.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Convert qualified prospects into customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer onboarding.
- Develop new business opportunities through referrals and networking.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline.
