Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Delegate daily tasks, lead shift briefings, train new hires, and conduct performance coaching to maintain high team productivity.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, organize physical cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure products are stored in correct locations.
• Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate with transportation providers for timely dispatch.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), conduct routine equipment checks (e.g., forklifts), and maintain a clean, hazard-free facility.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify process bottlenecks, track KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, on-time shipments), and report metrics to senior management.
