Sales Executive

Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer service and effective selling.

Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.

Perform accurate billing and handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly.

Maintain attractive visual merchandising (VM) and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.

Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, stock counts, and inventory management.

Promote new arrivals, offers, and loyalty programs to maximize sales.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Support day-to-day store operations, including opening, closing, and maintaining SOP compliance.

Work as a team to achieve store goals while maintaining discipline, punctuality, and professional grooming.

Monitor key performance indicators such as Sales Target Achievement, Conversion Rate, Average Bill Value (ABV), Units Per Bill (UPB), Billing Accuracy, and Customer Satisfaction.
