Job Description

Core Responsibilities (immediate joiners preferred )

  • Material Tracking: Receive, inspect, and log incoming building supplies like cement, steel, bricks, and tiles.
  • Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels daily to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Issuing Supplies: Distribute tools and materials to work crews while keeping precise usage records.
  • Site Coordination: Work closely with project managers and site engineers to anticipate material needs.
  • Record Keeping: Update digital inventory systems or ERP software (like SAP or Excel) with daily receipts and dispatches.
  • Storage & Safety: Store sensitive items safely to prevent weather damage, theft, or waste, following safety rules.
