Job Summary Fintech Cloud Private Limited is looking for dedicated and result-oriented Field Collection Executives to manage collection and recovery activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting overdue payments, maintaining collection records, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at assigned locations for collection and recovery of outstanding dues.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.
• Negotiate repayment schedules as per company policies and guidelines.
• Update collection status and customer feedback in the system.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits and collections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during recovery activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account updates.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collections.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th Pass; Graduates preferred.
• Experience in collections, recovery, sales, or field operations will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Must own a smartphone.
• Knowledge of local areas in Chennai and Kanchipuram.
