Job Description
Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – Bhima Jewellery
Location: Thanjavur
Experience: 1–5+ Years in Retail / Jewellery Sales
Qualification: Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing and offers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Follow up with customers for enquiries and future purchases.
- Support showroom visual merchandising and product displays.
- Maintain product knowledge of gold, diamond and other jewellery collections.
- For Senior Sales: Handle key customers, support junior sales staff and assist the Manager in achieving team targets.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good product presentation and convincing skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Jewellery/retail sales experience will be an added advantage.
