Kotak Mahindra Bank Hiring - Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)
Location: Wagle Estate, Thane
Direct Kotak Mahindra Bank Payroll
Eligibility
- Graduate Mandatory
- 1–5 Years Banking / BFSI Experience
- Good English, Hindi & Marathi Communication
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, CMS, POS or Virtual Banking Preferred
Job Role
- Handle customer interactions through calls & emails
- Support digital banking and CMS services
- Resolve customer queries within TAT
- Cross-sell banking products, loans & insurance
- Maintain MIS reports and customer records
- Achieve sales and service targets
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA CTC
- Incentives Up to ₹35K Monthly
- Direct Bank Payroll

Shift:
- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Fixed Shift)
