Eligibility

• Graduate Mandatory
• 1–5 Years Banking / BFSI Experience
• Good English, Hindi & Marathi Communication
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, CMS, POS or Virtual Banking Preferred

Job Role

• Handle customer interactions through calls & emails
• Support digital banking and CMS services
• Resolve customer queries within TAT
• Cross-sell banking products, loans & insurance
• Maintain MIS reports and customer records
• Achieve sales and service targets

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA CTC
• Incentives Up to ₹35K Monthly

Shift:

• 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Fixed Shift)
• 6 Week Offs Monthly
• 4 Sundays
• 2 Saturdays
