Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to connect with prospective clients, understand their insurance needs, and assist them in selecting suitable health insurance solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Explain health insurance plans and their benefits to potential customers.
• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Requirements:Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi (preferred).
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Prior telesales or insurance experience is an added advantage.
