Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele calling Executive to generate qualified leads, engage potential customers, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's database.
  • Introduce company projects and explain features, pricing, and offers.
  • Generate quality leads for the sales team.
  • Schedule site visits and appointments with interested customers.
  • Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer appointments.
  • Collect customer feedback and update the management regularly.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass with relevant experience may also apply).
  • 1–3 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or BPO will be preferred.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language(s).
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Internet).
  • Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into appointments.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
