Telesales Executive

Job Role Summary:

Telesales Executive responsible for calling potential customers, explaining personal loan and credit card products, and generating leads. Candidates with average to good communication skills can apply. The role involves follow-ups, achieving targets, and maintaining customer records in the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
• Explain loan / credit card features, benefits, and eligibility criteria
• Generate leads and convince customers for further processing
• Maintain proper follow-ups with interested customers
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Update call details and customer information in the system (CRM)
• Handle customer queries in a professional and polite manner
