* Make outbound calls to potential customers.

* Explain products/services and generate sales.

* Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

* Maintain customer records and update CRM.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Resolve customer queries professionally.

**Requirements:**

* 12th Pass/Graduate.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Experience in telesales is preferred (Freshers can also apply).

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
