Cross-sell relevant banking products such as personal loans, insurance, savings accounts, and credit cards.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal bank policies during customer interactions.
