Roles & Responsibilities.

Make outbound and receive inbound calls from prospective customers/students.

Explain products, services, courses, or programs clearly and professionally.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable guidance.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details in CRM/software.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counseling and conversion targets.

Handle customer queries and concerns effectively.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth customer experience.

Generate admissions, sales, or appointments as per organizational goals
