Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to join the InCred Finance team in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, following up with customers regarding loans, EMI payments, lead generation, and customer support while maintaining professional communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan products, EMI reminders, and payment follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries related to financial products and services.
• Explain loan offers, eligibility, repayment schedules, and company policies clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details in CRM/software.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers for documentation and payment updates.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling or collection targets.
• Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the concerned department/team lead.
• Ensure proper compliance with company policies and RBI regulations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
