TECHNICAL FACILITY MANAGER

* Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all MEP systems.

* Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP/WTP, pumps, lifts, and fire-fighting systems.

* Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

* Attend and resolve technical complaints from residents.

* Coordinate with AMC vendors and contractors.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and audits.

* Monitor utility consumption and optimize energy usage.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.

* Supervise technical staff and allocate daily work.

* Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials.

* Ensure timely breakdown response and emergency handling.

* Verify contractor bills, work completion, and service quality.

* Plan and execute annual maintenance schedules.

* Maintain technical records, equipment history, and documentation.
