As a Team Member in Central Statutory Notices Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the bank's compliance with various statutory and regulatory requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support and assistance to the team, ensuring smooth operations and timely compliance. This role is an integral part of the SUPPORT SERVICES department, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the bank's operations.

  • Assist in preparing and filing statutory notices and documents as per regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to statutory notices, ensuring data integrity.
  • Review and analyze statutory notices for accuracy and completeness, identifying any discrepancies or errors.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to gather necessary information and documentation for statutory compliance.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on statutory notice activities, providing updates and recommendations.
  • Research and stay updated on changes in statutory regulations, ensuring the team is aware of any updates.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members on statutory notice-related queries and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing processes to streamline statutory notice handling and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate response to statutory notice-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements, particularly in the banking sector.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in statutory notice handling.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing regulatory landscapes, staying updated on industry trends.
