Job Description
▸ 1 to 3 years of front-of-house experience in a restaurant or casual dining environment — with demonstrated willingness to take on supervisory responsibility.
▸ Hands-on experience with POS billing systems and basic cash handling; accuracy and honesty are non-negotiable.
▸ Confidence in handling guest complaints on the spot — calm, solution-oriented and never defensive.
▸ Natural ability to guide and motivate a small team during busy service without losing focus on the guest.
▸ Strong attention to detail — especially around billing, order accuracy and table standards.
▸ Good communicator in English and Hindi; able to relay information clearly up and down the team.
▸ Reliable, punctual and accountable — the team and the GRE need to trust you completely.
▸ Comfortable working rotational shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
