We provide top-tier international brands in compression therapy and advanced medical devices to a customer profile that includes leading Interventional Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, and prestigious institutions.

Position Overview We are seeking highly motivated Hospital Service Executives to serve as the primary liaison between our firm, & our customers, who include both Doctors and Patients. You will be responsible for assisting our doctors, while performing the procedures & handling the company equipment during the procedure. You will be responsible to maintain in the guiding patients through their compression therapy journey, managing product inquiries, handling authorizations, and ensuring optimal clinical outcomes by recommending the right medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

· You will be responsible for assisting our doctors, while performing the procedures & handling the company equipment during the procedure. You will be responsible to maintain records of the patients and the procedures. You would be also actively seeking new customers in the markets that you would be visiting.

• Patient & Provider Support: Act as the primary point of contact for patients and medical specialists, assisting with their intake, answering queries, and providing product education.
• Order & Authorizations Management: Guide our Doctors through the approval process for selecting from various options, pricing, fixing appointment for procedures apart from attending to patients for giving proper fitment of the garment, or dressing etc.
• Measurement & Fitting Guidance: Assist patients in selecting the appropriate garment sizes and styles, ensuring strict adherence to specific brand measurement protocols to prevent misfits and measurement inaccuracies.
• Sales & Network Building: Promote products and services for follow up customers for repeat order, follow up after sales to achieve target growth. Develop Customer rapport so as to get more traction and establish us as the First Choice Service Provider.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain records of the Cases Payments, healing progression etc.

Technical Knowledge Requirements To effectively support our patients and clinicians, the ideal candidate must possess or be eager to master the following technical competencies:

The primary competency would be understand all the aspects and various procedures that can be done with our Medical EquipmenTs. .

• Venous Disease Expertise: Strong understanding of the pathophysiology of venous disorders, including Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI), Lymphedema, and Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT).
• Compression Gradients & Classes: Familiarity with standard compression classes (e.g., 15–20 mmHg, 20–30 mmHg, 30–40 mmHg) and the ability to understand when specific pressures are clinically indicated to prevent the pooling of blood.
• Safety Contraindications: Understanding of essential safety checks before compression application, and to understand prescribing doctor preferences
• 4-Layer Bandaging Systems: Knowledge of multi-layer bandaging components (cotton roll, orthopaedic padding, cotton compression, and cohesive bandage) and how they work together to deliver sustained sub-bandage pressure (approx. 23mmHg).
• Garment Modalities & Textiles: Understanding the clinical differences between circular-knit garments, custom flat-knit garments (used for shaping limbs and high containment), and short-stretch bandaging systems (which provide high working and low resting pressure).
• Advanced Devices: Understanding the technical functionality of basic and advanced pneumatic compression devices/lymphedema pumps and other compression therapies

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Basic science 12th/ graduate/ diploma with 1-2 years of experience in medical sales, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), or patient services. Working in customer acquisition/ service role for healthcare entities would be a definite clincher
• Industry Knowledge: Experience selling directly to doctors, hospitals, or dealing with authorizations and medical billing.
• Skills: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, independent problem-solver with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Computers is a must apart from fluency in Marathi, Hindi and working Knowledge of English.

• Competitive Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (exceeding market standards), plus travel reimbursements at actuals.
