Senior Associate

T G Hotchandani & Associates is seeking a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our team as a Senior Associate – Bank Branch Audit. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with banking clients, gain exposure to audit and assurance assignments, and contribute to high-quality professional services.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and execute bank branch audit assignments.

* Manage and supervise a team of 4–5 Associates.

* Review audit workpapers, identify observations, and ensure timely completion of assignments.

* Coordinate with bank officials and client stakeholders for audit requirements.

* Ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal procedures.

* Prepare and review audit reports and documentation.

Requirements

* Qualified CA.

* 1–2 years of relevant audit experience.

* Prior exposure to bank audits, statutory audits, or internal audits preferred.

* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple assignments and team members effectively.
