Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (As per experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to oversee pan-India sales operations for HVAC and Air Handling Unit solutions. The candidate should have strong experience in sales, marketing, clientmanagementg, and business developmentwithin then industrial or manufacturingsectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities across Pan India markets

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and industries

Promote HVAC, AHU, and air-conditioning solutions to corporate and industrial customers

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Handle sales inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures

Coordinate with technical and production teams for smooth project execution

Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

Travel across India for client meetings and business development activities

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the Sales & Marketing field

Experience in HVAC, industrial products, manufacturing, or the engineering industry is preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage Pan India sales operations

Good knowledge of client handling and business development

Bachelor’s Degree / MBA preferred

Ready to travel for business meetings across India
