• Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for residential real estate projects.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and conversion ratios.
• Coordinate with channel partners, developers, and internal teams.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain customer data and sales reports in CRM.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Thane real estate market.
• Ability to handle clients independently.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Experience:Candidates having prior sales experience in reputed projects such as:

• Runwal

will be given preference.
