Job Title:Real Estate Sales Executive
Location:Thane
Job Type:Full-Time
- Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for residential real estate projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with channel partners, developers, and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain customer data and sales reports in CRM.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Thane real estate market.
- Ability to handle clients independently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Experience:Candidates having prior sales experience in reputed projects such as:
- Rustomjee
- Kalpataru Parkcity
- Raymond Ten X
- Dosti West County
- Runwal
will be given preference.
