Zantarra Immigrations is an upcoming immigration consultant, offering ethical, transparent and result-oriented immigration services for Skilled/Semi-Skilled/Un-Skilled labours seeking international work opportunities. We work with individual clients (B2C) as well as Associates (B2B).

Role Overview

The Sales Executive - Inside Sales will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospective clients, managing relationships with corporate partners, and achieving revenue targets through consultative selling over phone, email, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

B2C - Individual Clients

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Study Abroad or Job Opportunities
• Counsel leads via calls, WhatsApp, email and virtual meetings
• Understand candidate profile and suggest suitable programs/countries
• Follow up with prospective clients and close sales
• Maintain CRM records and track lead status

B2B - Business & Institutional Clients

• Identify and approach potential B2B partners such as travel agents, institutes, HR/placement agencies, and training centers
• Present and promote company services and partnership models
• Build long-term relationships with institutional partners
• Manage key accounts and ensure ongoing engagement

Sales & Reporting

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate reports on leads, conversions, and revenue
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth handover of confirmed cases
• Participate in sales campaigns, events, and webinars
