Key Responsibilities:

• Build, expand, and manage a high-performing network of Channel Partners (CPs) across key micro-markets in Mumbai
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic CPs aligned with high-potential and fast-moving real estate projects
• Drive a strong field execution culture with daily retail meetings, site visits, and partner engagement
• Ensure consistent deal flow generation through a proactive and disciplined “hunting” approach
• Strengthen relationships with CPs to improve conversion ratios and repeat business
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to align CP network strategy
• Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, and project teams for seamless execution
