Sales Executive

In sales – position open from Executive(Retail/Projects/Influencers) to Area Head

Job Description:

➢ Responsible for achieving given targets within the market or type of customers assigned to

➢ Identifying and developing new customers

➢ Making product presentation

➢ Negotiation

➢ Competitor monitoring and analysis

➢ Budgeting and forecasting

➢ MIS

➢ Responsible for collection

➢ After sales service (follow-up)

Qualification:

➢ Essential:

o Any graduate

➢ Desirable:

o Post graduate in management preferred

o Having attended workshops on sales, negotiation skills, etc.

Experience:

➢ Ranging from 2 to 3 years within the industry upto 8 to 10 years for suitable positions

➢ Open for freshers too

Additional Information:

➢ Experience in construction product industry preferred

➢ Having network amongst Architects or Interior Designers and/or Builders shall be preferred

➢ Vacancies exist in multiple towns including Metros, preference shall be given to local candidate for junior position, senior positions candidate may be assigned different geographies or ready to relocate for career progression

➢ Based on experience and/or interest, Executives may be assigned roles within;

o Retail

o Projects

o Influencers (Architect or Interior Designer)

➢ Deserving candidates may be offered suitable position and package

➢ Person should be mobile and ready to relocate or reassigned responsibilities

➢ Excellent interpersonal skills desirable

➢ Knowledge and expertise in use of MS Office

➢ Excellent oral and written communication in English besides local languages

➢ Presentation and negotiation skills essential
