Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Conduct verification of customer documents, identities, and other credentials as per company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and procedures.
  • Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security guidelines during all verification and service activities.
  • Contribute to team goals by achieving personal targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and verification accuracy.
