Job Description
Female only
Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders.
Maintain customer and sales records in the ERP system.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Candidates with experience in elevator, construction, engineering, or similar industries will be preferred
