Job Description
We are looking for a confident, customer-friendly, and well-organized Front Desk Executive to manage store sales, billing, and customer queries. The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for walk-in and online customers, responsible for greeting customers, explaining Clezo’s services and offerings, handling billing and order entries, maintaining basic records using Excel, and coordinating customer pick-ups and deliveries. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
