Job Description
Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries from potential real estate clients and make outbound follow-up calls to prospective buyers.
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and direct them to the appropriate contact or department.
Lead Tracking: Maintain and update lead details, interaction notes, and site visit schedules in the CRM or register.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm appointments/site visits between clients and property advisors or managers.
General Office Support: Manage basic office administrative duties, handle courier incoming/outgoing logs, and assist team members as needed.
