Job Description & Responsibilities

 Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize property sales andmarket penetration.

 Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging real estate markets.

 Oversee the complete sales cycle including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, anddeal closures.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and keystakeholders.

 Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and analyze market trends toimprove results.

 Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and real estate industrystandards.

 Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and leadgeneration activities.

 Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance teamproductivity.

 Handle high-value client negotiations and resolve customer concerns professionally andefficiently.

 Maintain accurate sales documentation, CRM records, and sales forecasting reports.

 Provide strategic inputs to senior management regarding pricing, inventorymanagement, and competitive positioning.
