Job Description
Hiring: Real Estate Pre-Sales Telecaller
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Kolshet, Lodha Supremus, Thane
Experience: Minimum 6+ months
Salary Budget: ₹20,000–₹25,000+ per month (depending on experience)
Incentives: 2%–3% on successful deal closures
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in real estate projects.
- Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and project offerings to prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up updates.
- Work towards lead conversion and sales targets.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow up effectively.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on generating qualified leads and closures.
