Job Description
Work:
- Electrical repairs – lighting, fans, wiring, switchboards, MCB faults
- Plumbing repairs – taps, geysers, pipelines, drainage, water pumps
- Daily maintenance rounds across club, banquets & cottages
- Event support during weddings/functions (compensatory off given)
Requirements:
- ITI Electrician/Plumber preferred or equivalent experience
- Hotel/resort/club/society maintenance background preferred
- Thane or nearby residents preferred
- Hindi/Marathi speaking
