Job Title: Sales Executive – Kotak Mahindra Bank

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 (In-Hand)

Job Description:

Acquire new customers by promoting Kotak Mahindra Bank products and services.

Generate leads through field visits, references, and direct customer interactions.

Explain banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and other financial solutions.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Assist customers with documentation, KYC verification, and account opening.

Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

Ensure compliance with bank policies and RBI guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum HSC/Graduate.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a sales environment.
