Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Job Description: We are hiring International Sales Executives for our US Auto Parts Sales Process.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries from the USA.
- Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest the correct auto parts.
- Check vehicle details such as Year, Make, Model, Trim & VIN.
- Provide quotations and close sales.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
- RequirementsGood English communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Auto parts knowledge is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Comfortable working in US night-shift timings.
