Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day site activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and report daily updates to the project manager.
- Assist in material planning, receiving, and inventory management.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain work records.
- Identify and report site issues for timely resolution.
- Site measurement and execution knowledge.
- Understanding of carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
