We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor for an Interior Design & Installation Company specializing in:

Aluminium Sliding Windows & Doors

Pigeon Net Installation

Mosquito Net Installation

Invisible Grill Installation

Interior Fit-Out Works

Residential & Commercial Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation and interior work activities at project sites.

Coordinate with workers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

Ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.

Monitor material requirements and site inventory.

Conduct site measurements and inspections.

Maintain daily work progress reports.

Ensure safety standards and company guidelines are followed.

Handle multiple project sites across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior, aluminium, fabrication, or related field.

Knowledge of site execution and installation work.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage labor teams and client interactions.

Must possess a valid driving license and own a bike for site visits.

Basic knowledge of measurements and site documentation.
