Interior Fit-out Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution: Conduct daily site visits to monitor civil work layouts, electricals, carpentry, and plumbing to ensure they meet approved plans. Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with multiple agencies (fabricators, branding vendors, and interior designers) to track material deliveries and installation schedules. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all on-site safety requirements and local building regulations are followed. Issue necessary permits (e.g., hot work, height work). Snagging & Quality Control: Perform final walkthroughs, manage snagging/de-snagging (defect correction) lists, and ensure quality standards are met before handing over the space. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate fit-out trackers, drawing records, and approval status reports for management.
