Inbound Sales Excutive - Voice/Data

Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and sales-oriented person to handle incoming customer enquiries, convert enquiries into orders, coordinate order processing, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

This role is primarily focused on inbound sales and order management, with supporting responsibilities related to payment tracking and daily sales records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Handling & SalesHandle incoming customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fish and seafood products.
• Share product availability, prices, offers, and relevant product information.
• Convert customer enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Take and maintain pre-orders.
• Follow up with customers on pending or incomplete orders.
• Handle basic customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Packing team to ensure orders are processed correctly.
• Order ManagementCreate customer orders accurately in the POS / order management system.
• Verify product, quantity, rates, and packaging requirements before processing orders.
• Prioritize and process pre-orders as required.
• Coordinate with the delivery team regarding order status.
• Maintain accurate order records.
• Payment CoordinationCheck and mark customer payments received through GPay, Paytm, Razorpay, and Cash.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments.
• Generate Razorpay payment links when required.
• Coordinate with Accounts for payment discrepancies.
• Assist with daily payment reconciliation.
• Daily ReportingMaintain daily order and sales data.
• Update monthly sales reports.
• Update Petpooja / POS records.
• Prepare day-end order and payment reports.
• Maintain customer wallet / extra payment records.
• Maintain delivery person-wise order records.
