💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 In hand

⏰ Shift Timings (Rotational):

* 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

* 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

📅 Week Off: Rotational

✔️ Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

✔️ Good communication skills in English & Hindi

✔️ Comfortable working in rotational shifts

✔️ Immediate joiners preferred

❌ College pursuing candidates are not eligible

💼 Job Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls for healthcare appointment bookings

* Assist patients/customers with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations

* Provide accurate information regarding appointments and basic process details

* Maintain professional communication with customers

* Update customer details and appointment records in the system
